3. Changes To The Advertised Event Plan, Schedule, Agenda Or Packages
Global Tech Nexus is committed to making every effort to stick to the event plan, agenda, package and schedule as initially presented to the Client before this agreement's effective date. However, it's important to note that circumstances may arise where Global Tech Nexus, in consultation with the Client and acting reasonably, deems it necessary to modify or omit parts of the package and agenda, or change event dates. Despite these possibilities, Global Tech Nexus will do its utmost to ensure the event is held at a suitable venue or online platform (as relevant) on the proposed dates.
Please refrain from relying on any verbal representations regarding event dates. If there is any change in the event dates, Global Tech Nexus will communicate this change to the Client via email. In the event that such communication is not made, the Client has the right to request a full refund of the amount paid. Global Tech Nexus retains the right to alter the event venue or online platform (as applicable) or reschedule the event date without incurring any penalty.
4. Exemption from Liability and Third Party Risk
Global Tech Nexus will not be held accountable for any extraordinary, consequential, or accompanying losses resulting from any expenditures made by the Client to third parties, irrespective of whether Global Tech Nexus was made aware of the potential for such losses.
4.1. Disclaimer: Global Tech Nexus is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of our services.
4.2. Third-Party Content: We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by third parties, sponsors, or partners on our platforms.
4.3. Liability For Content
We shall not assume responsibility for any content shared by you or displayed on your website. You agree to safeguard and support us against any claims that may arise from your website. No content or links should be present on any website that could be construed as defamatory, indecent, or unlawful, or that breaches, otherwise violates, or encourages the infringement or violation of any third-party rights.
5. Refunds & Client Cancellation Policy

No credit note will be issued for any cancellation request received within 30 days of the event date.

If the client neither officially requests a cancellation nor participates in the event, no credit note will be issued.

Regardless of the situation, if the client has not made the payment, 100% of the invoiced amount will remain due.

If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of booking and the booking date is at least 30 days from the event date, the client is eligible to receive a credit note for the full booking amount.

If a cancellation request is made more than 48 hours after booking and the booking date is at least 30 days from the event date, the client can receive a credit note for 50% of the total booking amount.
6. Conduct
6.1. Responsible Use: You agree to act responsibly, professionally, and respectfully when participating in our events and services. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, and any violation of these Terms and Conditions will not be tolerated.
6.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using our services.
7. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
8. Intellectual Property Infringement
If you suspect that the Platform is infringing on your intellectual property rights, it is essential to promptly inform the Company in writing by sending an email to info@globaltechnexus.com These notifications should only be initiated by the rightful owner of the intellectual property or an authorized representative. Nevertheless, making a false claim may lead to the termination of your access to the Platform. Your notice must include the following information:

Force Majeure: The Company and/or its platforms shall not be liable to You for its failure to perform or for delay in providing you access to or cancelation to the Platform or any Services including conferences, and other in person/physical events or digital/virtual events thereof, to the extent such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fires, explosions, wars or other hostilities, insurrections, revolutions, strikes, labour unrest, earthquakes, floods, pandemic, epidemics or regulatory or quarantine restrictions, unforeseeable governmental restrictions or controls or a failure by a third party hosting provider or internet service provider or on account of any change or defect in the software and/or hardware of Your computer system.
10. Privacy, Permission of Data Usage and Protection
Global Tech Nexus is authorized to utilize any content captured during the Event, be it in photographic, audio, or audio-visual form, without any time restrictions and in any medium, for promotional purposes. By attending the Event, the Attendee relinquishes any privacy rights associated with their presence and agrees not to pursue legal action against Global Tech Nexus in connection with the Organizer's utilization of such content. The information provided in this form will be retained and utilized for logistical and communication purposes. Global Tech Nexus will not trade or disclose this information to any third party, except for matters directly related to the event or event partners.
11. Confidential Information.
11.1. Duty Not to Disclose Confidential Information. The Recipient will:
(a) use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Recipient’s obligations under this Agreement (“Purpose”), unless otherwise agreed to by the Disclosure to opt-in;
(b) not disclose, distribute, or otherwise disseminate Confidential Information to anyone other than to its and its affiliates, partners, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and professional advisors (“Representatives”) who have a need to know and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those in this Agreement;
(c) protect Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care as it uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature, except that the recipient must use at least reasonable care;
(d) promptly notify Disclosure when it discovers that Confidential Information has been lost, used without authorization, or disclosed without authorization;
(e) not reproduce Confidential Information except as required for the Purpose, in which case the Recipient will retain all confidential or proprietary notices that appear on the original;
(f) not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create other works from, or disassemble any software programs contained in the Discloser’s Confidential Information without the Discloser’s prior written consent; and
(g) be responsible if any of its Representatives violate this Section 3.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
13. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall attempt to resolve such disputes amicably through negotiations.
